I was delighted to read the (very accurate and perceptive) thoughts that you have in relation to CSPs in particular and many other aspects of sports development in general.
Congratulations on your honest and realistic opinions. Carry on the good work and remember,as you say "Local authority sports development work is the bedrock" !
